Nobert Krapf –  Indiana Poet Laureate 2008-10, Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, Indiana, in 1965. At the University of Notre Dame, he obtained his M.A. in English (1966) and Ph.D. in English and American Literature, with a concentration in American Poetry (1971).  Glick Regional Author Award – 2014.

Joyce Brinkman – Joyce was Indiana’s Poet Laureate from 2002-2008. She is a proponent of poetry as public art, and collaborates with other literary artists as well as visual artists in a variety of media, including glass artist Martin Dolin on a 25-foot stained-glass window at the Indianapolis International Airport. Her printed work include two collaborative works from San Francisco Bay Press in 2008 and 2011, and a 2014 multinational, multilingual collaboration from Leapfrog Press in 2014.

Helmut Haberkamm One of the most popular and versatile Frankish writers.  He is not only “a Raiders of the Lost Word Ark” (Nürnberger Nachrichten), but above all, “a word artist, a voice composer, an acrobat who, brilliantly brings the dialect, which many consider to be coarse and dull to be heard” ( Franconian country newspaper)

Gabriele Glang – Gabriele Glang, poet and painter, is associate professor of creative writing, University of Esslingen, Germany. She received her degrees in writing in the US and worked in the publishing industry for many years. She has exhibited her paintings in the US, Germany, France and Poland. She has published three books of poetry and her work appears in many anthologies

Monica Herzog – Doctorate in Music Education and Jazz Studies at Indiana University, where she is now a faculty member. Her book “David Baker – A Legacy in Music” was released November 2011 on IU Press. As a touring jazz artist, she has performed at many prestigious jazz clubs and festivals, such as the Indy Jazz Fest, Cleveland’s Nighttown, Louisville’s Jazz Factory, tye W.C.Handy Festival, Jazz in July in Bloomington and Cincinnati, Columbus’ Jazz & Rib Fest, to name just a few. Groups under her leadership have toured Germany, Italy, Japan, opened for acts such as Tower of Power, Sting, the Dixie Dregs, Yes, and more.
